Rules for Participation in the ALVALINE Referral Program

1. General Provisions
These rules define the terms of participation in the Referral Program organized by the ALVALINE Laser Hair Removal Center, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
The Referral Program is intended for clients of the Organizer who meet the criteria set forth in these Regulations.
The Program is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
Joining the Program constitutes full acceptance of these Regulations.

2. Definitions
Referral Program — a promotional campaign by the Organizer aimed at rewarding clients for attracting new clients.
Participant — an ALVALINE client who has previously used the Organizer’s services and joined the Program.
Referrer — a Program Participant who informs others about the Organizer’s services.
Referred client — a new person who has not previously used ALVALINE’s services and comes by recommendation.
Bonus — virtual funds credited to a client’s account in the ALVALINE system, which can be used according to these Regulations.

3. Conditions for Participation
Only clients with an active account in the ALVALINE system who have previously used the Organizer’s services may participate.
A Referrer may invite an unlimited number of new clients.
At the first booking and visit, the Referred client must provide the Referrer’s phone number to the salon staff.
The referral is valid only if the Referred client has paid for and completed the service.

4. Bonus Accrual
The Referrer receives a bonus of 100 PLN for each referred client who uses paid ALVALINE services.
The Referred client receives a bonus of 60 PLN after their first visit.
Bonuses are credited to the client’s virtual account in the ALVALINE system.
Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
The number of referred clients and the amount of bonuses are unlimited.

5. Use of Bonuses
Bonuses may be used exclusively for:

5.1. Payment of laser hair removal procedures offered by ALVALINE;

5.2. Purchase of subscriptions or gift certificates;

5.3. Purchase of cosmetic products available at ALVALINE.
Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a client’s or third party’s bank account.
Bonuses are tied to a specific client account and can only be used by that client personally. Transfer or sale of bonuses to others is prohibited.
Bonuses do not expire — they remain valid until fully used, unless otherwise provided in these Regulations or in cases of detected abuse.
In case of complaints about services, subscriptions, or products fully or partially paid using bonuses:

5.3.1. Bonuses are not refunded or reissued;

5.3.2. The client has no right to demand a refund of used bonuses in any form.
In case of cancellation of a visit paid for with bonuses due to the client’s fault (e.g., no-show or late cancellation), bonuses are forfeited and not restored.
If abuse of the Program is detected (e.g., creating fake accounts, self-referrals, manipulation of phone numbers or personal data), the Organizer reserves the right to:

5.3.3. Cancel credited bonuses;

5.3.4. Block or delete the client’s account;

5.3.5. Deny further participation in the Program;

5.3.6. Claim compensation from the client for damages caused.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the referral and the identity of the referred client. If doubts arise about the validity of the referral, the bonus may not be credited.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel credited bonuses at any time if deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Program or the company’s interests.

6. Liability and Changes to the Regulations
The Organizer reserves the right to:

6.1. Amend these Regulations at any time;

6.2. Terminate the Program at any time;

6.3. Verify the legitimacy of bonus accrual and refuse bonuses if abuse is suspected.
Changes to the Regulations take effect upon publication on the Organizer’s official website unless otherwise stated.
The Organizer is not responsible for system failures or Participant errors preventing bonus accrual.

7. Final Provisions
All matters not regulated by these Regulations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
